While understanding drone regulations is essential, knowing how to safely set up, operate and fly a drone is equally important. Proper preparation and flight procedures are critical to ensuring safe and responsible drone operations.

The UAV Beginners Orientation is designed as an introductory programme for those looking to explore the world of drones. It provides participants with a strong foundation in drone technology, regulations, flight principles and practical operations, while offering a pathway towards more advanced Drone Pilot Training Certification and, where applicable, licensed training programmes.

For Students | 14–21 Years

Designed for students who are curious about drones and want to explore the technology, applications and career opportunities emerging in this field. The orientation provides a hands-on introduction while helping students understand how drone skills can evolve into future academic, professional or entrepreneurial opportunities.

For Adults | 22–60 Years

Designed for adults looking to develop practical drone skills, explore professional applications or consider drones as a potential career or additional income opportunity. The orientation provides the essential foundation required to progress towards structured pilot training and certification.
