Our services span drone pilot training, testing, application-based drone solutions, consultancy, and other specialised RPAS services, enabling individuals and organisations to effectively adopt and leverage drone technology.
RAS is backed by 40+ years of collective training and professional experience across its management and instructional team, with expertise spanning defence, technology, aviation, and people management. Our team includes personnel with extensive experience in the armed forces and related domains, bringing valuable operational knowledge, discipline, mentorship, and strategic guidance to both the organisation and its clients.
At RAS, safety, quality, compliance, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are at the core of everything we do. Mehrrnosh brings 30+ years of experience across Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Service Excellence, combining a strong corporate foundation with a passion for training and capability building.
Over the course of his career, he has led and delivered learning and development initiatives across a diverse range of sectors, including Automation, Banking, Cargo, Healthcare & Insurance, ITES, Learning Solutions, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Railways, Retail, Telecom, and Travel & Tourism. Today, he brings this wealth of cross-industry experience into the rapidly evolving world of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), applying his expertise in people development, training, and operational excellence to drone education and capability building. His last corporate assignment was as Vice President, Learning & Development at Max Healthcare

A first-generation entrepreneur and seasoned design-and-build professional, Jamien brings over two decades of expertise in architecture, interior design, and construction, with more than 4 million sq. ft. of floor space designed, built, and successfully handed over.
Known for his minimalist design philosophy and technology-driven approach to modern living, Jamien combines creative vision with practical execution. A certified drone pilot, he has integrated drone technology into his professional practice, using UAVs for architectural documentation, land surveys, site assessment, and construction monitoring. His ability to bring together design, technology, and execution makes him a strong advocate for the practical application of drones across the built environment.
