RPAS Aerial Solutions also called “RAS” is a creation of its founder’s belief that the terminology may keep changing but one thing remains constant – the unprecedented growth of technology and in our case, it is Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS). That is what RPAS Aerial Solutions is all about. RAS has evolved ever since it has come out independently. The enterprise is a one-stop-shop for all drone-related requirements that are needed by customers and students alike; be it drone pilot training, testing or application-based services and even drone consultancy.
RAS has more than 40 decades of training experience behind them contributed by its management and instructors across the domains such as defence, technology and people management. We have personnel from the armed forces who have been in this domain for a long time and add value and guidance to the company and to its clients. Following SOPs and maintaining the quality of training as per the DGCA (Director General Civil Aviation) guidelines and service delivery with safety is paramount. Our main aim and endeavour is to upgrade skills and knowledge for employability and growth for an individual, organisation and finally the country.

One part learning development consultant. One part corporate professional. One part Drone Instructor. Mehernosh comes with 30 plus years of experience in HR, Talent Development and service excellence. He has also lead training and learning development in various sectors like Automation, Banking, Cargo, Healthcare Insurance, ITES, Learning Solutions, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Railways, Retail, Telecom, Travel/Tourism and now on UAV’s.
Jamien Rao

A first generation entrepreneur, an interior design & build consultant with over 4 million Sq.Ft. and counting for floor spaces designed, built and handed over. A powerhouse of minimalism with a tech-driven lifestyle approach, Jamien has over two decades of architecture, design and construction expertise. A certified drone pilot and has been using drones for architecture, land surveys and construction.
Maj. Gen. G. Sankaranarayanan (Retd.)
Principal Advisor
Major General Sankaranarayanan is an Army veteran with 42 years of exhaustive military experience. He has commanded a large military formation along the line of control and served in sensitive operational areas. As part of his command tenures along the Western & Northern borders, he has wide-ranging experience in the employment of Armoured Fighting Vehicles, missiles and UAVs/Drones particularly HALE & MALE category specific to surveillance, thermal imaging and GIS. Post-retirement, he is actively engaged as a strategic advisor to Drone specific corporate organizations specialising in manufacturing, training and business development. He has actively contributed in Drone policy formulation with the Govt. of India. An expert in International/Regional security issues, he has the distinction of being a military advisor to the Botswana Defence Force (Southern Africa) besides being part of United Nations (UN) Peace keeping/Peace enforcing missions in Sierra Leone, West Africa. He is presently the Principal Advisor to RPAS Aerial Solutions company specialising in Drone pilot training and Drone services. Well-travelled, avid reader, he is an eloquent speaker in several domestic and international forums.
Roshan Krishna Sai Madireddy
A cinematographer in the Film Industry and an Ad filmmaker, Roshan comes with 7 plus years of corporate experience in photography & video creation and production. He is a Certified Cinematographer & photographer from RAFT (Ramoji Academy of Film and Television)and along with an M.Sc in Visual Communication from ALC (Andhra Loyola Collage).
He is a visiting instructor at various film schools. Apart from the work in the corporate world, he is also a drone pilot and lead instructor for Aerial Cinematography & Photography at RAS Academy.
Roger G. Silvanus
Roger comes with an experience of more than 5 years in the NGO sector. Working at United Way, Hyderabad he was heading the Volunteering department while engaging in CSR activities with community development and education. He has also worked for Hope Now Asia as a counsellor and mentor to Children, Teens and Young Adults and created Children’s programming in communications, job skills training and career guidance.
He also partnered with Seva Bharath as a project Director and handles more than 5 groups with major work in community development and Education. Roger is with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Bachelor of Divinity degree in Theology. As a drone enthusiast, he is also a certified Drone Pilot.
